Yes, we charge a Reservation Fee of 6% of the total value of all the accomodations booked. Residents of SADC countries are exempt from the Reservation Fee.4: ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES ADDED TO THE OVERALL CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD ? Top

Normally we will debit your credit card 60 days before arrival at your first hotel. Should your reservation fall into a period of less than 60 days of arrival, your credit card will be debited immediately. In case of reservations held at resorts operated by Namibia Wildlife Resorts a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the room rate will be debited to your credit card after receipt of your credit card details. The non-refundable balance we will debit 55 days before arrival at the resort. From the date of reservation made until 61 days before arrival you may change your reservations or even cancel them all together without any charges. Cancellation Policy:
Once payment has been processed the following cancellation periods & fees apply:
90-56 days before arrival at resorts operated by Namibia Wildlife Resorts 10% deposit forfeited
55 or less days before arrival at resort operated by Namibia Wildlife Resorts 100% of the room rate.
At all other accommodation establishments:
60-46 days before arrival 15% of the room rates
45-31 days before arrival 25% of the room rates
30-16 days before arrival 50% of the room rates
less than 16 days before arrival 100% of the room rates
We recommend that you take out a Trip Cancellation Insurance from your own household insurer or through your travel agent at home. Unfortunately this type of insurance must be purchased in the country of origin.
